**Giveaway** – Too Many Cooks by Dana Bate

Today I am giving away a paperback copy of Too Many Cooks by Dana Bate. The book follows the career and love life of Kelly, a cookery book ghost writer. It is a really entertaining read full of mouthwatering descriptions of food. To win a copy, comment below sharing one of your favourite recipes. You can post a link to it if it’s too long to type out. I will pick my favourite as a winner on Tuesday evening – 9th June. (Open to UK residents only). Feel free to follow my blog too!

  2. We all love this recipe. It doesn’t cost a lot to make and it’s very quick and easy!

Cheese Ravioli with Broccoli & Alfredo Sauce

2- 16 oz. Cheese Ravioli or Tortellini
    2- 16 oz. frozen Broccoli
2- 16 oz. jars Alfredo Sauce

Make ravioli and broccoli as directed on bags
Drain the ravioli/tortellini and the broccoli
    Place in large pot
    Add Alfredo sauce
    Heat, stirring occasionally

(I also sprinkled it with Parmesan Cheese)

  3. Ladies, I wish I had three copies since you were the only three to comment. But I’m afraid I only have one and have chosen Linda as I can’t resist a chocolate cake! Linda could you email me at portobellobookblog@yahoo.co.uk with your address and I’ll get it posted off to you? Thanks to you all for commenting and supporting my blog – I know you are all regular likers and commenters and I really appreciate it.
