I’m delighted be featuring another blogger today who is going to tell us all about her reading habits and of course her blog. Please give a warm welcome to Zoé from ZooLoos Book Diary.
Thanks for agreeing to be part of my Blogger in the Spotlight feature Zoé. First of all, would you tell me a little about yourself?
Thank you for having me! Hi everyone, my name is Zoé, and I am a book blogger! I work full time, organise blog tours, have a fiery mini me and married to a soldier. In the day I work with numbers but in the evening, I live through words. I am a mad Watford football fan and do love most sports! I am currently finishing my first book a Young Adult’s book out in August.
What books/authors did you enjoy as a child?
I lost myself in the worlds of C.S Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien and Enid Blyton. I loved the magic of Narnia and the Shire so much.

What do you enjoy most about blogging?
I love the interaction with other bloggers, it is fab to meet so many like minded people who just want to talk to books. Plus I love the connections with the authors and I have been lucky to say that have they become friends.
Tell me about your blog – sell yourself!
Oh jeez, erm….well my blog is forever changing! I am always trying new things. I LOVE all things horror and have started a new feature called The Horror Within, which I can not wait to get back to. Horror is my first most love, but I read everything. The one thing I promise on my blog, is that you will always get a review that tells you exactly how I felt about that book.
What one book would you recommend to a friend and why?
ONE!!!! But I have so many! But the one I do sing the most about is The Lion Tamer Who Lost by Louise Beech. It is the book that broke me a couple of years ago, only a couple of books have come close to it. It is just beautiful.

What are you reading just now?
I am currently reading about 5 books but the main one is Echoes of Home by M.L Rayner. A nice good ole fashion ghost story.
Is there a book you’d like to see made into a film?
One that I have just read, which was just AMAZING! It’s Not Never by Louise Gregory and NGK. I was sobbing at my mini me’s swimming lesson and can just see it doing the same to me on the big screen!
How can people follow your blog or connect with you on social media?
My blog is www.zooloosbookdiary.co.uk
Facebook and Twitter is Zooloos Book Diary
Twitter @zooloo2008
And finally, if you could be a character in any book you have read, who would it be and why?
Oh wow! That is a toughie, but I think it would have to be Lucy Pevensie from The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, I mean who wouldn’t LOVE to discover Narnia!!!

Thanks so much for joining me Zoé . We shared a lot of the same tastes in our childhood reading
and I loved that Louise Beech book too. I’m not so keen on horror though!
